By using nourishingthrive.com or purchasing our products and services, you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
Nourish & Thrive offers wellness products, nutritional support, coaching, and residential wellness stays. We are not a medical facility, clinical treatment provider, or rehabilitation center. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a licensed physician before starting any new supplement, peptide, or wellness regimen.
Orders, payment & financing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payments are processed by Stripe. Financing offers (Cherry, Klarna, Afterpay, Zip, Wisetack) are issued by third parties and subject to their approval and terms — we are not a lender.
Shipping & returns
Most physical products ship within 3–7 business days. Consumable items (supplements, CBD, peptides, food) are non-returnable once opened. Defective items will be replaced. Wellness stays and coaching are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled date.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your account or by emailing hello@nourishingthrive.com.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nourish & Thrive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
